These terms cover your use of the Little Moon Birth Company website. Full subscription terms, covering payment, cancellation and access to the course, will be published here before the course opens.

Not medical advice

The course is education and preparation for birth. It does not replace care from your own midwife, doctor or maternity team. If you have any concerns about your health or your baby's, contact your maternity unit, or call 999 in an emergency.

Using this website

Everything on this website, including text, audio, images and design, belongs to Little Moon Birth Company. Please don't copy or reuse it without permission.

Your course is for you

Your membership is personal. It gives you, and your birth partner listening alongside you, access to the course for your own preparation. When you join, you agree:

• not to record, copy, download or capture any lesson, practice track, workbook or other course material, by any means, except where the course itself offers a download for your own use;
• not to share, post, upload, stream, sell or pass on course material anywhere, including social media, video sites, podcasts, messaging groups and file-sharing sites;
• not to share your login or let anyone outside your household use your account.

All course recordings, scripts, the workbook and the Little Moon name are the copyright and property of Little Moon Birth Company. Joining the course gives you a personal licence to use them; it does not transfer any ownership.

If we find course material shared in breach of these terms, we may end the account it came from without a refund, ask the platform to remove it, and take further action to protect our work. If you come across Little Moon material posted somewhere it shouldn't be, we'd be grateful if you told us.

Changes

We may update these terms as the course develops. The latest version will always be on this page.
