Pregnancy is personal, and so is your data. This notice explains what Little Moon Birth Company collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

Little Moon Birth Company is the data controller for the information described here. [Registered business name, address and ICO registration number to be added before launch.]

What we collect right now

While the course is being prepared, the only personal data we collect is what you give us when you join the waitlist: your email address and, if you choose, your first name.

• Why: to email you when the course opens.
• Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us.
• Where it is stored: with our email provider, Resend, which acts as our processor.
• How long: until you unsubscribe, or until we stop running the waitlist, whichever is sooner.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics later, we will use a privacy-friendly service that does not track you across other websites, and we will update this notice first.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We would appreciate the chance to put things right first, so please contact us.

When the course opens

Subscribing will involve an account, payment through Stripe, and records of your course progress. This notice will be expanded to cover all of that before any of it goes live.
